Individual Counseling

We want to offer you a safe space to explore the inner workings of your life in the company of a trained professional. We hope to join you in a journey to alleviate current symptoms and begin examining the underlying causes so that you may experience freedom, gain insight, and sense true belonging.

Reaching for someone is scary and acknowledging you might need help is hard. We want to honor your bravery through working at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

Couples Counseling

We are able to challenge the relational pattern where you currently find yourselves stuck by creating healing and corrective experiences in session with the safety of a counselor present. Old patterns are then challenged by new responses where each individual has their needs met.

This process is difficult and requires a lot of courage. But regardless of where you find yourself, a unified commitment to the relationship provides the opportunity for you to get where you desire your relationship to be.

Family Counseling

We work with parents and adolescents who have a desire to connect with their kids on a deeper level or hope for their kids to connect with each other. It is not uncommon for families to experience sorrow, pain, or distress. In the midst of these circumstances, therapy creates the opportunity for everyone to feel heard and for new perspectives to be gained. Feeling heard allows us to move beyond behavior and begin exploring each family members motives and heart.

We move towards creating new family dynamics that allow for perspectives to be honored and for needs to be met based on each members appropriate developmental level.
